Genevieve Nicholson joined Wiggin and Dana in 2022 and serves as the Chief Knowledge and Research Services Officer. She leads a team of highly skilled professionals, whose primary responsibilities include managing the firm’s electronic and print resource collection, providing firm-wide research and reference support, developing and implementing knowledge management systems and tools, and training attorneys, paralegals, and staff on specific resources and research tasks.
Prior to joining the firm, Genevieve spent fourteen years at an AmLaw 200 firm in the Southwest. She has worked in the legal industry since 2000. An active member of her professional community, Genevieve has reviewed books for Law Library Journal, taught continuing legal education courses for National Business Institute, and served as President of the Arizona Association of Law Libraries.
Genevieve received her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While attending law school, she earned certificates in Indian Law and Law, Science, and Technology, clerked for the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation Tribal Court, and served as production editor of Jurimetrics, the journal of the American Bar Association Science & Technology Law Section. Genevieve received graduate and undergraduate degrees in English from the University of West Georgia.
