Jacqueline Yuan is an Associate in the Corporate Department in the firm’s New York office where she works on emerging company and venture capital matters, mergers and acquisitions, finance and lending transactions and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Jacqueline was a corporate associate of a large international law firm in New York City, where she represented private equity sponsors, investment funds, corporate and individual borrowers and lending institutions in domestic and cross-border transactions, including secured and unsecured financings, subscription finance facilities and loan arrangements for high-net-worth individuals.  She has also advised financial institutions and private equity sponsors in connection with syndicated and single lender revolving and term loan facilities, asset backed facilities, corporate governance matters and issues related to debt limitations and debt structure.

Jacqueline earned her J.D. from Yale Law School and received her B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
