Jared is an Associate in the firm’s New Haven office.

A former practicing Certified Public Accountant, Jared first joined Wiggin and Dana as a summer associate in 2022, assisting with a variety of matters and subjects, ranging from blockchain entity structuring to probate to civil rights to medical malpractice defense.

During law school, Jared gained invaluable practical experience and insights interning with an aerospace defense company and subsequently with the Honorable Vanessa L. Bryant at the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. He also obtained a unique opportunity to spend “time on his feet” in court with the Hartford Public Defender’s Office as a New York Pro Bono Scholar, representing clients at arraignments and pretrial hearings, conducting client intake interviews, and negotiating resolutions with opposing counsel.

Jared received his J.D. with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law where he was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Connecticut Law Review and earned CALI awards in Contracts, International Trade Compliance, and Bankruptcy Law. Jared received his B.A., cum laude, in political science and history from Providence College and his master’s in accounting and business administration from Northeastern University.
