Jason Stevenson is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s Real Estate, Environmental, Construction and Facilities Department in the New Haven office.

Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Jason previously worked for a midsize firm in New Haven, CT as an associate attorney.  He has been intimately involved in working on all manner of commercial, mixed-use, affordable and residential real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and project development.  Jason has experience representing lenders and developers in various types of real estate and other asset-based financing including, term loans, construction loans and revolving lines of credit.  In addition, Jason has represented clients in property foreclosures, evictions, tax and sewer assessment appeals and quiet title actions in Connecticut. 

Jason earned his J.D. at University of Connecticut School of Law and received his B.S. in Economics with a Minor in History from Boston College.
