Leslie is Counsel in Wiggin and Dana’s Real Estate, Construction and Facilities Department. A seasoned real estate attorney, Leslie has extensive experience representing commercial entities and advising clients in complex real estate and related transactions.

Leslie has handled a broad range of transactions including, the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties, property development, leasing, commercial lending and secured financing, negotiation of franchise agreements and drafting of management agreements. She has experience with complex contractual negotiations and has advised clients in the hospitality industry regarding investment in and management of hotel and resort properties across the country. Leslie has represented property owners in the preparation and negotiation of leases for multi-tenant medical office complexes, single tenant build-to-suit facilities and general commercial office space. Leslie strives to provide her clients with the attention that is necessary in order to meet the time constraints of a particular transaction. Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, she was a commercial real estate partner at another Connecticut law firm.

Leslie received her J.D. cum laude at the University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A. cum laude at Boston College. She serves as the Chairperson of the Innovation Grant and Scholarship Committee for the Hamden Education Foundation.
