Patrick is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s Litigation Department.

Prior to joining the firm, Patrick spent several years as a Litigation Associate at an international law firm, where he advised corporate clients, such as banks, private equity clients, aerospace companies, and manufacturers on litigation strategy, arbitration, and mediation, including serving as lead counsel on Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) cases in New York state and federal court as well as the American Arbitration Association (AAA). His practice included managing electronic discovery and factual development, including document collection, review, and production, and drafting fact witness declarations, memoranda of law, and expert materials in support of summary judgment, trial, and international arbitration hearings. He also worked as a transactional attorney, advising clients on renewable energy and equity derivatives transaction that were governed by International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) agreements.

Patrick served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Wilson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Patrick received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and served as an editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review. He earned his B.S. in Physics-Engineering, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University, where he also had a focus on German and piano as well as lettering for four years in football.  After graduating from college, Patrick lived for one year in Germany through a State-funded exchange program during which he worked for an engineering firm and coached semi-professional football.
