Pratyusha Srikakulam is an Associate in the Corporate Department in the firm’s New York office, where she focuses on a variety of business law matters.

Pratyusha works primarily within the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Emerging Companies/Venture Capital Practice Groups. Before joining Wiggin and Dana, Pratyusha was a corporate associate at an international law firm, where she represented both private and public companies in all aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, negotiated acquisitions and financings. She has also represented start-up companies in venture capital and related matters.

Pratyusha earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School where she was a member of the Journal of Law and Policy and received her B.A. from Rutgers University in Cell Biology and Neuroscience.
