Samantha Scheer is an Associate at Wiggin and Dana in the Corporate Department resident in the firm’s New York office where she works on a variety of matters.

Before joining Wiggin and Dana as an Associate, she served as a Life Sciences and Venture Capital Law Clerk with the firm where she assisted in drafting core documents for corporate formations and financings, life sciences transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Samantha presently volunteers at the Legal Aid Society as a part of the Special Litigation Unit’s Law Summarization Project.

Samantha received her J.D. from the City University of New York Law School. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Southern Methodist University.
