Shana is an Associate in the Litigation Department at Wiggin and Dana, based in the New Haven office.

Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Shana served as a law clerk to the Honorable John M. Walker, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Stefan R. Underhill of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. In these roles, she assisted with the management of complex civil and criminal litigation, including contributing to drafting opinions, orders, and bench memoranda across a wide range of matters, including intellectual property, contracts, insurance, ERISA, civil rights, and criminal law.

She also practiced at a leading global law firm, where she focused on advising clients in the education sector on regulatory issues. Her work included counseling universities on multi-jurisdictional campus expansions and preparing regulatory filings for affiliations, mergers, and acquisitions.

Shana received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief for the Yale Law & Policy Review Volume 39. She received her B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Tufts University.
