Shyam is an Associate in the Corporate Department based in the firm’s New York office. He advises companies on a variety of matters, including formations, company financings, complex commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and governance matters.

Before joining the firm, Shyam worked with startups across a variety of industries, in addition to a venture capital firm focused on late-stage growth companies in the US and Asia. Prior to these experiences, Shyam worked at a national law firm where he represented government entities in connection with the financing, construction, and operation of public-private infrastructure projects and related debt offerings. Shyam began his career working on private equity and M&A transactions focused in the technology sector.

Shyam received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota and his B.S. from the University of Michigan.
