Tracy is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s New York office. Her practice spans antitrust, commercial disputes, intellectual property, patent, franchise, and trusts and estates litigation.
Tracy first joined Wiggin and Dana as a summer associate, where she worked on litigation matters across the firm’s antitrust, commercial, intellectual property, patent, franchise, and trusts and estates groups. As a summer associate, she drafted and published a Private Client Services advisory analyzing a Connecticut Supreme Court decision and contributed to the firm’s annual Franchise Law Book.
Tracy received her J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a Prince Merit Scholar. At Brooklyn Law, she served as a 1L Delegate to the Student Bar Association and as Co-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. She also served as a student federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of New York, where she represented the government in criminal matters, and as an extern at the New York Legal Assistance Group, where she successfully obtained asylum for a client in removal proceedings.
Tracy received her B.A. in Sociology and Psychology from Wesleyan University, where she was named to the Dean’s List. She speaks Mandarin and Spanish.
Before law school, Tracy was a Sonia & Celina Sotomayor Judicial Intern to the Honorable Javier E. Vargas of the New York Court of Claims, where she drafted a published damages decision.
