Vasi is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate, Environmental and Energy Department. She represents a broad range of clients, including companies, family offices, joint ventures, funds, and international investors, in complex commercial real estate transactions across the United States.

Her practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of office, retail, hospitality, and industrial properties. Vasi also advises clients on joint ventures and the real estate components of corporate transactions. She is known for her practical, business-oriented approach and her ability to guide clients through sophisticated deal structures with clarity and efficiency.

Vasi has particular experience advising international investors on U.S. real estate matters, including cross-border joint ventures and 1031 exchanges. She also represents landlords and tenants in leasing transactions involving office, retail, and hospitality spaces.

Before joining Wiggin and Dana, Vasi was a shareholder at a national law firm where she advised on high-value real estate transactions and cross-border investments.

She is proficient in French and fluent in Greek.
