2023 Summary of Key Connecticut Legislation Relating to Providers of Services to the Elderly
Each year, Wiggin and Dana LLP and LeadingAge Connecticut collaborate to produce a comprehensive summary of new Connecticut laws affecting providers of services for the elderly. The 2023 Legislative Summary reports on a number of new legislative requirements affecting nursing homes, assisted living communities, residential care homes, home care, senior housing, PACE, and health care workforce initiatives. Wiggin and Danaโs Health Care Practice Co-Chair, Maureen Weaver, Partner Jody Erdfarb and Associates, Jermaine Brookshire, Jr., Sarah Cherfan, and Madiha Malik, led the effort to publish this yearโs Legislative Summary. Special thanks to the authors, Wiggin and Danaโs 2023 Summer Associates: Fizza Alam, Mia Gratacos-Atterberry, Alberto Bufalino, Grace Kirtland, and Selma Tabakovic!
