Holmes Mouthwatering, founded in Cleveland, Ohio by a then 15-year-old entrepreneur Ethan Holmes, strives to deliver fresh applesauce from nature’s finest ingredients. With ingredients including crisp apples, juicy pears, luscious strawberries, sweet peaches, and tangy cider, Holmes provides a balanced snack for all. With community, quality and family at its roots, Holmes curates a product that not only delivers nutritious food but has provided a space for mentoring today’s youth to bring up the next generation of entrepreneurs.

While working with Wiggin and Dana on various legal services, Holmes collaborated on term sheet preparations, convertible note/investment/advisor agreements, cap table management, contract manufacturing agreement reviews and more.
