IVI Cosmetics LLC

IVI Cosmetics LLC, founded by Ivanny A Soto, is a family-owned company that develops handcrafted haircare products using a formulation that has been passed from generation to generation. With vegan ingredients, their formulas are designed to help repair and promote hair growth.

Wiggin and Dana worked closely with Ivanny to create an IP agreement, adding protection to her personally made formulas and overall brand. With the IP agreement, Ivanney stated, “I can sell and distribute my products knowing that no one else will be using the formulation of my haircare products and that I also have the option to purchase the formulation.”

Ivanny also explained, “Working with Michael and the whole team at Wiggin and Dana has been a real pleasure. The level of response and the fact that Michael took care of every little detail to protect my interests, was just amazing. He also managed to not add unnecessary tension to the relationship with the manufacturer. Instead, he came up with an agreement that would benefit both parties.”

Michael Kasdan continues to serve on the IVI Cosmetics Wiggin and Dana WOI team.
