Kabila

Kabila, a co-founder matching app and global community for tech startup founders developed by James Oliver, Jr., aims to provide startups with potential matches without unconscious biases by displaying those without regard for education, work history, gender or ethnicity.

While working with Wiggin and Dana, James was able to offer five members of his community the opportunity to benefit from Wiggin and Dana’s WOI efforts to help other businesses with their growth. The first round was a success and five more application spots were opened shortly after.

“The core of what we do at Kabila is inclusion because we believe that, in the future, having a co-founder team made up of people from all backgrounds will be a capital-raising super-power. The members of our community who were accepted to receive the free legal services last time were super-excited about this wonderful gesture by Wiggin and Dana,” said Founder James Oliver, Jr.

Michael Kasdan continues to serve on the Kabila WOI team.
