Josh is Counsel in Wiggin and Danaโs Litigation Department. Joshโs practice focuses on franchise, insurance, contract and fiduciary disputes.
Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Josh managed strategic partnerships for a nationwide legal software company and was a legal writing instructor at the John Marshall Law School.
In addition to his work at Wiggin and Dana, Josh is an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac University, teaching legal reasoning, research, and writing to undergraduate students in QUโs Department of Justice and Law. Josh has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut School of Law, teaching on the U.S. legal system, research, and writing. Josh is on the Board of Directors of Beyond Legal Aid, a nationwide non-profit organization. Josh is a classically trained singer and satisfies his passion for music by participating on the Board of Directors of Chicago Fringe Opera, a non-profit that is committed to expanding accessibility of opera to diverse age and socio-economic groups. In addition, Josh is a member of the Connecticut Bar Associationโs Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and is Secretary of the CBAโs Standing Committee on Professional Ethics.
Josh is a cum laude graduate of the Washington University School of Law where he served as a Senior Editor of the Washington University Law Review. Josh is an honors graduate of the University of Connecticut where he earned dual degrees, a B.A. in political science and a B.M. in music.
