Partner Jolie Apicella Featured on McKnight’s Newsmaker Podcast

On March 20, 2023, Partner Jolie Apicella was featured on McKnight’s Newsmaker podcast moderated by McKnight’s Executive Editor James M. Berklan.

Jolie discusses the Biden administration’s efforts to call out private equity nursing home owners, targeting them for stricter regulation and surveillance. Jolie also offers providers advice on what to look for in an investor, when to walk away from a proposed deal, and whom to contact to be in close contact with to make sure they stay on the right side of the law.
