Wiggin and Dana Client 6K Raises $102 Million in Series D Fundraising

Wiggin and Dana recently represented its client 6K, an advanced materials manufacturer with a proprietary plasma technology, designed to revolutionize the production processes of nanomaterials, in raising $102 million in its Series D Fundraising. The financing round was led by Koch Strategic Platforms, joined by new investors Energy Impact Partners, Albemarle, HG Ventures, as well as 6K’s existing investors. Partner Evan Kipperman, and Associates Brian Sturm and Michael Paciorek were integral to the success of this transaction.
