Wiggin and Dana Represents Spark Digital in Connection With its Sale to intive Group GmbH

Wiggin and Dana represented its client Spark Digital, a leading digital consulting, design and development provider in North America, in connection with the sale of its business to intive Group GmbH, a global technology company based in Germany and a portfolio company of MidEuropa Partners. Partners Andrew Ritter (M&A), Scott McClure (Tax) and Christian Chandler (Employee Benefits), counsel Elishama Rudolph, and associate Michael Addison were integral to the success of this transaction.
