Wiggin and Dana Client Triax Technologies Raises $12.5 Million in Series A Fundraising

Wiggin and Dana represented its client Triax Technologies, a Connecticut-based technology company that develops and delivers IoT technology for the construction industry, in raising $12.5 million in its Series A Fundraising. The financing was led by McRock Capital and Connecticut Innovations and will be supported by existing shareholders to grow the Triax team and its solutions. Partner Heather Rahilly, Counsel Adam Silverman, and Associate Daniel Nambiar were integral to the success of this transaction.
