About Benchmark Litigation

Benchmark Litigation is the only publication on the market to focus exclusively on litigation in the U.S. The guide’s results are the culmination of a six-month research period in which the publication conducts extensive interviews with litigators and their clients, examines recent case work and asks sources to offer their professional opinions on litigators practicing within their state. “Highly recommended” firms received the most mentions, and were held as “dominant” in their particular jurisdiction, “litigation stars” were “recommended consistently as reputable and effective litigators by clients and peers,” and “future stars” were consistently referenced by peers and clients as likely to become local stars.
