On April 24, 2025, Wiggin and Dana/wiggin(x) Partner and Chair of the firm’s Business Immigration and Compliance Practice, Najia Khalid will be speaking at a workshop hosted by Yale Ventures (SBIR/Yale Engineering) Funding Opportunities | Yale Ventures “U.S. Immigration Law and Entrepreneurs.” The workshop provides insightful conversation on U.S. immigration and compliance law considerations for international entrepreneurs founding a company in the U.S., hiring talent in the U.S. as an emerging entity, maintaining work authorization in the U.S. as a foreign entrepreneur, and how immigration law intersects with other regulatory areas.
