Wiggin and Dana Partner and Chair of the firm’s Business Immigration and Compliance Practice, Najia Khalid, along with Associate, Ashley Moore, is partnering with the SOSA start-up accelerator for its current cohorts of companies from abroad to present a fireside chat at SOSA’s Chelsea office on Tuesday, June 27.

Najia and Ashley will discuss U.S. immigration and compliance law considerations for foreign entrepreneurs interested in expanding their U.S. client base, hiring talent in the U.S., fundraising in the U.S., and potentially establishing a U.S. entity/working in the U.S.
