On April 15, Wiggin and Dana LLP participated in a Worthy Circles meeting, where Dimitri Tournas, Partner in the firm’s Real Estate, Environmental, Construction, and Facilities Department and Co‑Chair of the Family Office and Strategic Investments Team, presented Advisor Blueprint: Commercial Real Estate & Luxury Condominium Investing.

The program was designed for family office and high‑net‑worth advisors and provided an overview of the fundamentals of commercial real estate, including how commercial assets differ from residential real estate, core CRE asset classes, common deal structures, and key legal and diligence considerations that impact risk and outcomes.

A dedicated segment addressed luxury condominium investments, focusing on diligence considerations unique to high‑value properties. The session also included a brief discussion on the evolving role of artificial intelligence in the real estate industry.
