Langer will provide a succinct overview of the Department of Justice/Federal Trade Commission Antitrust Safety Zone for wage and salary surveys as defined in the 1996 DOJ/FTC Statements of Enforcement Policy and Analytical Principles Relating to Health Care and Antitrust and will address related antitrust issues and developments affecting information sharing.
