Connecticut Bar Association’s 2021 Connecticut Legal Conference
On June 15, 2021, Senior Counsel Robert M. Langer will moderate and present at the Connecticut Bar Association’s 2021 Connecticut Legal Conference on the topic of “Antitrust Basics: What Every Litigator, Transactional Attorney, and General Practitioner Needs to Know.” Attorney Langer, who has taught antitrust, constitutional and consumer protection law as an Adjunct Professor for over forty years, is the current Chair of the CBA’s Antitrust & Trade Regulation Section. This virtual event will address a number of common antitrust issues that are sometimes overlooked, particularly by attorneys who do not regularly practice antitrust law.
