Wiggin and Dana Counsel and co-founder of wiggin(x), Giuseppe Scaravilli, along with Associate, Adam Cohen, is partnering with the SOSA start-up accelerator for its current cohorts of companies from Canada to present a fireside chat at SOSA’s Chelsea office on Friday, October 27.

Giuseppe and Adam will discuss corporate law considerations for foreign entrepreneurs interested in expanding their U.S. client base, selecting the right entity type when forming in the U.S., developing standardizing contracts with customers and clients, and other legal and corporate governance considerations when hiring, fundraising and establishing a presence in the U.S.
