On December 7, 2022, Partner Erika Amarante and Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist Hindi Stohl, M.D. will co-present a DRI webinar on “Defending the Labor Curve.” The hour-long presentation will discuss recent recommendations that have significantly altered the calculus for the anticipated length of labor. The panelists will discuss the new guidelines, their impact on patient care as well as the strategy for defending a medical malpractice claim based on the length of labor, using real world examples.
