Barry Trilling, a partner at Wiggin and Dana, will participate in a 90 minute audioconference on the Supreme Court's decision in Kelo v. City of New London entitled: "Eminent Domain: Implications of Kelo v. City of New London" Barry will act as spokesperson for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and of commercial developers who may feel the impact of the decision. The discussion will include such topics as efforts by the U.S. Congress to legislate restrictions on what is considered to be "public use."
