This seminar will discuss the use of family limited partnerships in estate planning. Throughout the seminar, the faculty will explain the tax benefits of a family limited partnership, demonstrates how an agreement should be drafted (including form provisions), and provide an overview of the income tax considerations involved in operating a family limited partnership.
