FASPE Panel Discussion on Nazi Art Restitution

Partner Jonathan Freiman will participate in a panel discussion hosted by FASPE (Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics) on the restitution of Nazi-looted art.

The panel will explore recent developments in Nazi‑era restitution litigation, including the implications of the HEAR Act of 2025, a new federal law that eliminates certain defenses previously available in Nazi‑era claims.
