On May 7, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich, Connecticut, Wiggin and Dana’s Private Client Services attorneys led practical and engaging discussions on the real-world challenges of estate and trust planning, administration, and dispute resolution.

Drawing on their experience advising families and fiduciaries, the program explored early risk identification, efficient approaches to resolving fiduciary disputes, and proactive strategies to help avoid costly complications.
