With all of the recent debate surrounding our health care system, one thing is certain: maintaining robust compliance and risk management programs are more important than ever.  Although federal and state health care budgets are being slashed, enforcement activity and medical malpractice litigation continues to rise.  Our Fall Roundtable will help prepare you to face this challenge by providing updates on legal developments in these areas and tips for staying ahead of the game.  This program will include:

Wiggin and Dana LLP has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York. This program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the NYCLE Board for up to 1.5 CLE credit hours, including1.0 credit hours in Ethics and Professionalism. This program is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys. Connecticut CLE will be based on actual instruction time.
