On October 4, 2023, Wiggin and Dana Partner and Chair of the firm’s Business Immigration and Compliance Practice, Najia Khalid and Associate Ashley Moore will be speaking at a workshop series hosted by NYU Entrepreneurial Institute and Blackstone LaunchPad Startup School titled, “Immigration 101 for Startup Founders.” The workshop will provide insightful conversations on U.S. immigration and compliance law considerations for entrepreneurs, hiring talent in the U.S. as an emerging entity, maintaining work authorization in the U.S. as a foreign entrepreneur, and how immigration law intersects with other regulatory areas.
