During this virtual fireside chat presentation for CEBIP (Clean Energy Business Incubator Program) and hosted by the MTRC (Manufacturing and Technology Resource Consortium) at Stony Brook University in Long Island, NY. Partner Najia Khalid and Associate Ashley Moore will discuss how emerging companies can better navigate immigration law essentials, and advise entrepreneurs on how to navigate corporate and financial documents that are critical to various employment-based immigration cases. This event is being held for CEBIP’s new accelerator program, Nordic Spark, in partnership with Nordic Innovation House, NY, to facilitate Nordic companies interested in coming to the U.S.
