U.S. Immigration Law and Entrepreneurs
On February 27, 2025, Wiggin and Dana Partner and Chair of the firm’s Business Immigration and Compliance Practice, Najia Khalid and Associate Valerie Salcido will be speaking at a workshop hosted by Accelerator for Biosciences in Connecticut and the WCBA titled, “U.S. Immigration Law and Entrepreneurs.” The workshop provides insightful conversations on U.S. immigration and compliance law considerations for entrepreneurs, hiring talent in the U.S. as an emerging entity, maintaining work authorization in the U.S. as a foreign entrepreneur, and how immigration law intersects with other regulatory areas.
