Wiggin and Dana Partner and Chair of the firm’s Business Immigration and Compliance Practice, Najia Khalid, along with Associate, Ashley Moore, is presenting “Navigating Immigration as a Startup Founder,” at the NYU Startup School on September 22. In this workshop, Najia and Ashley will discuss immigration law essentials for entrepreneurs that are critical to various employment-based immigration cases. The NYU Startup School is a semester-long workshop series that provides the trainings and resources to successfully launch and grow a startup.
