Heather has joined Wiggin and Dana as a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group in the firm’s Stamford office. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the representation of clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate finance, and general corporate and securities law matters. She has experience representing buyers, sellers, private equity sponsors, and financial advisers in a wide variety of transactions, including private acquisitions and divestitures, restructurings, spin-offs, joint ventures and other strategic alliances.
The American Health Lawyers' Association (AHLA) recently appointed three Wiggin and Dana attorneys, Jody Erdfarb, Rebecca Matthews and Elisabeth Pimentel, to serve in leadership positions of the association.
