Mr. Horton played an active role in the passage of the America Invents Act as a prominent member of the 21st Century Coalition for Patent Reform and testified before Congress prior to passage of the Act.

Dale Carlson – Wiggin and Dana Chair of Patent Prosecution Practice
Professor Carlson is the former president of New York Intellectual Property Law Association and played an active role in the Anti-Patent Reform debate, including multiple publications opposing provisions of the America Invents Act.
