Dale Carlson - Wiggin and Dana Chair of Patent Prosecution Practice
Professor Carlson is the former president of New York Intellectual Property Law Association and played an active role in the Anti-Patent Reform debate, including multiple publications opposing provisions of the America Invents Act.
