We also have thirteen attorneys listed as Rising Stars. The following are the recognized Wiggin and Dana lawyers and their respective practice areas:
Wiggin and Dana has been ranked nationally among a select group of firms as a "BTI Mover and Shaker" in BTI's Legal Innovation and Technology Outlook 2019: Clients Rank Their Needs and Law Firm Performance. The ranking identifies Wiggin and Dana as one of the firms, "disrupting the legal industry by making strategic and tactical moves." BTI Consulting Group's new report, is the only guide to rank firms on legal innovation and technology based solely on client input.
The 2018 edition of the attorney rating publication Super Lawyers has named Benjamin Daniels, Tadhg Dooley and David Roth as New England Rising Stars in the area of appellate law. They were three of the eleven Rising Stars named for all of New England, underscoring the deep appellate bench that Wiggin offers clients. In fact, no other firm in New England had more than a single Appellate Rising Star.
Wiggin and Dana is pleased to announce that two partners have been named "Lawyer of the Year" by Best Lawyers 2019. Only one lawyer in each category in each community receives this honor. In 2019, The Best Lawyers in America® recognized the following Wiggin and Dana partners:
