Recent Supreme Court Decisions: What they mean for CT employers
Since January, the Supreme Court has decided and/or has heard several employment cases, including three involving the Americans with Disabilities Act, one concerning the Family and Medical Leave Act and another addressing the enforceability of arbitration agreements. All of these cases have practical implications for the policies and practices of Connecticut employers. John will discuss how these cases have changed, or may change, the way employers need to think about these areas of the law.
