We are pleased to invite you to attend the next meeting of Wiggin & Dana's Human Resources Circle on Wednesday, March 27th at 8:30 a.m. in the firm’s New Haven office. Our featured speaker will be John Zandy, the chairman of our Benefits and Employment department.

Since January, the Supreme Court has decided and/or has heard several employment cases, including three involving the Americans with Disabilities Act, one concerning the Family and Medical Leave Act and another addressing the enforceability of arbitration agreements. All of these cases have practical implications for the policies and practices of Connecticut employers. John will discuss how these cases have changed, or may change, the way employers need to think about these areas of the law.

This should prove to be an informative and timely program concerning an issue of importance to companies of nearly every size and type. For those of you who have not yet attended a Human Resources Circle breakfast meeting, we hope you'll join us. Participation in the Circle is free of charge.

If you are interested in attending, please call Celia Paiva at 860-297-3742 to reserve a spot. Please also feel free to invite anyone else in your organization who may want to join us. If, after registering, you find that you will be unable to attend, we ask that you please provide 24 hours notice.
