Virtual Annual Antitrust Compliance Speech to The Connecticut Hospital Association (CHA)
On February 6, 2025, Senior Counsel Robert M. Langer will deliver Wiggin and Danaโs annual antitrust compliance program virtually to human resource professionals at Connecticutโs hospitals. This is the thirty-first consecutive year the firm (and the twenty-ninth time Attorney Langer) has conducted this antitrust compliance program, which includes a tutorial on wage and salary surveys. The compliance program is organized and hosted by the Connecticut Hospital Association.
Attorney Langer will be joined by his colleague, Benjamin H. Diessel, a partner of the firm. Ben and Bob co-chair the firmโs Antitrust and Technology Disputes Practice Group within Wiggin and Danaโs Litigation Department.
