Virtual Annual Antitrust Compliance Speech to The Connecticut Hospital Association (CHA)
On February 5, 2026, Senior Counsel Robert M. Langer will deliver Wiggin and Dana’s annual antitrust compliance program virtually to human resource professionals at Connecticut’s hospitals. This is the thirty-second consecutive year the firm (and the thirtieth time Attorney Langer) has conducted this antitrust compliance program, which includes a tutorial on wage and salary surveys. The compliance program is organized and hosted by the Connecticut Hospital Association.
Attorney Langer will be joined by his colleague, Benjamin H. Diessel, a partner of the firm. Ben and Bob co-chair the firm’s Antitrust and Technology Disputes Practice Group within Wiggin and Dana’s Litigation Department.
