Partner Robert Langer is a co-presenter for the upcoming webinar, “Exemptions, Immunities & Antitrust: Conflict of Laws,” which will be hosted by the ABA Antitrust Law Section on May 12. The webinar will feature a discussion of the Second Circuit’s opinion in the case in which Wiggin and Dana represented the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of Connecticut, Inc., Connecticut Fine Wine and Spirits, LLC, dba Total Wine & More v. Michelle H. Seagull, Commissioner, Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection,  932 F.3d 22 (2d Cir. 2019).
