Appellate Partner Appointed Co-Chair of Connecticut Bar Association Committee

Wiggin and Dana is pleased to announce that Jeffrey R. Babbin has been appointed as the new Co-Chair of the Connecticut Bar Association's (CBA) Appellate Advocacy Committee for the 2009-2010 CBA year.

Jeff is a founding partner of the firm's Appellate and Complex Legal Issues Practice Group.  He was also recently inducted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.  He previously chaired the appellate committee of the CBA's Federal Practice Section.  Jeff has handled well over a hundred appeals of trial court and agency decisions before federal and state courts nationally, with particular experience in the Connecticut Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
