Benchmark Litigation Names Wiggin and Dana Partners to the 2026 “40 & Under List”
Wiggin and Dana Litigation Partners Laura Ann K. Froning and David Norman-Schiff were once again named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2026 “40 & Under List,” earning this recognition for the second consecutive year. The Benchmark Litigation team bestows this distinction upon the nation’s most accomplished litigators aged 40 and younger who are considered the top emerging talent in litigation. The list is compiled based on peer, client, and individual case review.
Congratulations to this year’s honorees:
- Laura Ann K. Froning (New Haven) is a Partner in Wiggin and Dana’s Litigation Department. She represents hospitals and health care providers in cases alleging professional negligence, with a focus on defending claims of wrongful death, birth trauma, and catastrophic injuries.
- David Norman-Schiff (New Haven) is a Partner in Wiggin and Dana’s Litigation Department. He represents a range of clients in complex litigation, including commercial disputes and defending product liability claims.
