In honor of National Women’s Equality Day, Wiggin and Dana welcomed guest speaker, Mark Greene to its Stamford office. Mark is the co-founder of ThinkPlay Partners, a Senior Editor for The Good Men Project, and author of the groundbreaking book, The Little #MeToo Book for Men. Mark presented, “Allies, Masculinity & #MeToo,” an interactive workshop on allyship and the importance of men becoming advocates for women and people of color in the workplace. The presentation reiterated the necessity of male engagement, pointing to a Harvard Business Review statistic that found that when men are “deliberately engaged in gender inclusion programs, 96% of organizations see progress.”
