Christian Chandler Joins Wiggin and Dana as Partner in the Labor, Employment and Benefits Group
Wiggin and Dana is pleased to announce that Christian Chandler has joined the firm as a Labor, Employment and Benefits Partner in the Washington, DC office. Christian has over 20 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters. His significant experience in this area has made him a valued resource for a range of clients across industries, including public and private companies, senior executives, management teams and boards of directors.
Christian's practice spans the full spectrum of compensation and benefits issues, including the design, implementation, and regulatory compliance of employment agreements, severance arrangements, equity compensation plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, change in control agreements, and tax-qualified plans.
Immediately before joining Wiggin and Dana LLP, Christian was a Partner at Hogan Lovells US LLP, where he was an executive compensation and employee benefits attorney with a focus on regulated financial institution clients. Previously, Christian was a Partner at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP.
Christian earned his J.D. cum laude from Boston College Law School, and his B.A. cum laude from Duke University.
